• Update the date of your jewelry posts to appear at the top
• Create premium ”Priced Posts“ with enhanced visibility
• Access special promotional features

Pearls can be purchased through your account and are non-refundable.

To update your post's date:

1. Go to your post
2. Click the ”Update Date“ button
3. Confirm the action (costs 1 Pearl)
4. Your post will move to the top of the listings

Note: Each update requires 1 Pearl and moves your post to the current date and time.

Priced Posts are premium listings that offer:

• Enhanced visibility in search results
• Special highlighting and badges

To create a Priced Post:

1. On existing post click on ”price“ Icon`
2. Select ”Priced Post“ option
3. Fill in the enhanced listing details
4. Confirm using 3 Pearls

To purchase Pearls:

1. Click your Pearl balance in the top navigation
2. Select your desired Pearl package
3. Choose your payment method
4. Complete the secure transaction

Available packages:

• 10 Pearls: Best for regular posts
• 30 Pearls: Ideal for frequent updaters
• 100 Pearls: Perfect for professional sellers

Post visibility depends on several factors:

• Regular posts remain visible indefinitely but naturally move down as new posts are added
• Priced Posts maintain higher visibility for 30 days
• You can update any post's date using Pearls to move it back to the top
• Inactive posts (no updates for 2 months) may be archived

No, Pearls are non-refundable once purchased. Please note:

• Pearls have no cash value
• They cannot be transferred between accounts
• Unused Pearls remain in your account indefinitely
• Purchase Pearls only when you plan to use them
